Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
We’re looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a collaborative and fast-moving international team based in Nottingham. You’ll support a range of business customers, ensuring excellent service delivery across order management, logistics coordination, and after-sales care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in Spanish and English who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people from different backgrounds, and working in a team that values professionalism and positivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate deliveries and returns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Communicate clearly with internal departments (credit control, planning, logistics, and sales) to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Build strong relationships with business clients, keeping them informed on product updates, availability, and promotions.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the business.
- Prepare reports, update records, and assist with any customer-related data requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and operational processes.
Skills and Experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order management preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and finding practical solutions.
